Foursquare Isonomy is a molasses rum that has spent 17 years in casks in the tropics. It is bottled by the renowned Foursquare distillery for its Exceptional Cask Selection (ECS) series.
This independent, family-run distillery is located on the southern island of Barbados.
This is a blend of different rums. One part is distilled in a copper pot still, the other in a double-column still. This blend has been aged in ex-bourbon American oak barrels. In January 2022, it was bottled without cold filtration, coloring or additives.
Isonomy refers to equality before the law.
