Gelas Blanc is a molasses rum made from a selection of white rums from Barbados.
It is reduced and then matured for a very short period in barrels containing old Armagnacs.

I found this rum a pleasure to taste. Despite its young age, it's quite tasty and delicate.
Creamy cocoa with a hint of vanilla. A little sweet spice on the finish.
I've selected this rum for a Navy-style blend ⚓ to be aged in micro casks.
It will team up with the must-try 💥Rum nation Jamaica💥 and the fruity 🍌Privateer🍋.
But it's also great to taste neat.
