Glenallachie Whisky Speyside Single Malt 12 year old is a single malt Scotch whisky. It comes to us from an independent Speyside distillery, and is the product of a slow fermentation. Billy Walker, the company's master distiller, was responsible for this complex blend. In fact, no fewer than 3 different casks are used in the making of this cuvée: ex-Pedro-Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks, and new oak.
The color of this whisky is natural, and it has not been chill-filtered.
