Great Dane XO is the result of a blend of very old molasses rums distilled in Barbados.
The aging, initiated in Barbados in bourbon casks, was completed in the cold climate of Denmark in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. The oldest rum in this blend displays a notable age of 34 years.
