This Grosperrin N°61 is a very old cognac which comes from the commune of Réparsac, located in the heart of the Fins Bois production area. It was produced by a retired winemaker who was primarily a nurseryman. He had also developed other activities complementary to his profession as a producer.
When Guilhem Grosperrin met him, this was the last lot he owned. He had kept it as long as possible in memory of his first harvest.
This cognac was bottled as is in October 2019. It underwent no special treatment or addition of any other element for bottling.
