This West Indian agricultural rum has been selected by Guillaume de Roany. In partnership with Les Rhums du Sud, he has created the "Guillaume de Roany collection", through which he selects and bottles aged rums.
This cuvée is a pure cane juice rum from the French West Indies. This rum was matured in the Martinique tropics for 3 years in ex-bourbon barrels. Once in France, the rum spent a year in an Armagnac barrel, which had previously contained a 1988 vintage.
The bottling was carried out after a reduction to 52°. 535 numbered bottles were sold.
