This Habitation Bellevue VSOP aged rum is produced on the island of Marie-Galante by the distillery, which was originally a sugar mill (founded in 1821). An old windmill can still be seen on the estate, which has been described as "eco-positive", thanks in particular to the photovoltaic park that supplies the distillery with electricity.
This is a 4-year old rum aged entirely in oak barrels, and produced to Guadeloupe GI specifications.
