Habitation Néron VO is an aged rum that is part of the rich sugar and rum heritage of Guadeloupe .
Located in Le Moule, on the island of Grande-Terre, this former sugar plantation was founded in 1740 by Pierre Néron Beauclair. Converted into a distillery in 1912, the estate played a significant role in the history of local rum production until it ceased operations in 1966. Today, this historically rich site is the focus of a heritage enhancement project led in particular by the Papa Rouyo company.
This aged agricultural rum embodies the renewal of this estate. It is produced through double distillation in a pot still and has benefited from 3 years of aging in oak barrels .
