Havana Club Verde is a rum expression that draws inspiration from Gin production techniques.
To achieve this, Havana Club white rum is enriched with an infusion of an assortment of citrus fruits and plants. These include lemon and grapefruit peel, thyme, rosemary and oregano. The famous Cuban distillery has also incorporated a touch of Cuban honey into the recipe. The whole is distilled a second time like a gin in a copper pot still.
This creation dedicated to mixology goes wonderfully with a Tonic, like a Gin & Tonic.
