Reunion's Isautier distilled and bottled this L'Audacieux agricultural rum in single cask.
This 2006 vintage was distilled in a column still. Ageing began in a new oak barrel on May 29, 2007 for one year.
Aging then continued in an ex-cognac red oak barrel for a further 14 years, before 469 bottles were bottled on April 3, 2023.
Here we offer you the 58° version. The distillery has in fact bottled three-quarters of the barrel with this reduction.
