The nose is a big pineapple candy, with fruit well swollen with sweet juice. The victoria pineapple is really ripe, even roasted, even flambéed, and sprinkled with a few grains of cane sugar.
The palate is very round, with roasted, caramelized pineapple sticking to the lips. The caramel takes charge, taking us in the direction of a pineapple tarte tatin.
