Isautier Tropical is a recipe from the "Fresque de la Réunion" series. This rhum arrangé is made from traditional molasses rum.
The combination of Combava and mint macerated in rum was inspired by the many waterfalls on Reunion Island.
Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif. It will take you straight to the foot of the waterfalls for a tropical dip.
