The Isle of Raasay distillery's own aging method involves blending 6 different whisky expressions.
It combines peated and non-peated eaux-de-vie aged separately in 3 types of cask. These include Bordeaux red wine casks, rye whiskey casks and new chinkapin oak casks.
This is an unpeated single malt and single cask whisky, aged in a Bordeaux red wine barrel.
