This bitter, signed JM, highlights the Bondamanjak (or habanero) pepper, which is reputed to be among the most concentrated in the world.
This is a maceration of Bondamanjak chilies, vegetarian chilies, ginger, turmeric, roasted almonds and green pepper which are reduced and complemented with JM cane syrup.
