Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose: the scent of freshly cut passion fruit overwhelms us. Its sweet, slightly tart and very fresh character is immediately recognizable: it has everything.
On the palate: the initial taste is soft and the texture syrupy. The fruit, delicately coated in sugar, fully releases its aromas. The slight acidity perfectly balances the sweetness and the overall syrupy texture.
The finish: quite short, the fruit fades relatively quickly, gradually giving way to the sweet peppery notes of the rum, which persist longer.
