Kavalan Sherry Cask is a single malt whisky produced in Yilan County, northeast of the island of Taiwan. Kavalan is Taiwan's first distillery. It was founded in 2005.
Aged in ex-Spanish Sherry Oloroso wine barrels, this whiskey comes from the “Solist” range which brings together the most exclusive bottlings of the distillery. This is barrel number S151231022A which delivered a total of 531 copies. It was bottled cask strength at 57.1° without cold filtration.
