After the 2020 edition of Fino Sherry Cask Matured, here is this second edition bottled in 2023.
The single malt from the Scottish house Kilchoman has benefited from aging for at least 5 years in Fino sherry barrels.
No less than 20 Sherry butts from Bodega Jose y Miguel Martin located in Jerez were used for this breeding.
These barrels all contained a peated whiskey distilled in 2018.
The bottling of this 2023 edition gave rise to 15,650 copies.
