La Favorite Cœur de canne ambré 2 ans is a wood-aged agricultural rum bearing the AOC Martinique label. It comes from a family-run distillery that has been independent since 1842. The Dormoy family runs this artisanal unit in Le Lamentin, near Fort-de-France.
This pure cane juice rum was distilled in a copper Creole column dating from 1957. It was then aged in French oak foudres for 24 months, giving it its straw color.
