The Exploration n°7 vintage is part of the series of innovations from La Favorite.
With the help of Tonnellerie Navarre, the distillery is experimenting with new aging methods for its range of rum.
This opus consists of white rums from the 2022 harvest aged for approximately 12 months. The 5 barrels, previously used for the maturation of a white Pineau des Charentes wine, have been carefully selected.
During bottling in July 2023, 3000 copies were produced.
This edition can be compared to the vintage La Favorite Exploration n°6 . As a reminder, this rum has benefited from similar aging but in Sauternes barrels.
