La Favorite La Digue and La Favorite Bel Air are the distillery's two single-plot, single-varietal editions. This AOC Martinique white agricultural rum is produced exclusively from reed cane (B.59.92), grown on a small 3-hectare plot near the distillery located near Fort de France. After fermentation, the cane wine is distilled in a Creole copper column.
This 2020 harvest was distilled in June 2020 and bottled in October 2020. This resting period allows for a slow reduction of the rum with regular stirring to develop its aromas.
