La Maison du Rhum selected this molasses rum from the cellars of the Fortin distillery in Paraguay. This is the 6th edition of the Maison du Rhum collection.
Distilled in 2015 in an all-copper column, 1,457 bottles of this rum were bottled in 2023.
Initially, aging took place in old Bourbon casks. Later, the rum was matured in a combination of old sherry and whisky casks.
