Nico's tasting notes
The nose offers us an uncomplicated snapshot of Martinique and rhum agricole, with roundness and enough character to envelop us in cane juice. A hint of lime peel then invites us to enjoy a ti'punch, and the journey is complete.
With aeration, a gust of wind refreshes the cane, which reverts to its bark and fiber, its bagasse slightly peppery and still full of sugar.
The palate is suave and even velvety, with the texture of a rose petal whose flavor you can even taste. This floral note then becomes fruity, with ripe citrus fruits, followed naturally by the softly vegetal cane juice.
The finish is very slightly spicy, very easy and pleasant.
