For a successful tasting experience, only a small amount of rum is needed. With just one bottle, you can serve 3 glasses. Glasses can also be shared, allowing more guests to sit around the table.

If you wish to taste several rums at the same session, we recommend you follow the order presented in this box, from left to right. This order has been established according to criteria such as sweetness and intensity.
You can start with Compagnie des Indes Latino, a "ron" that offers buttery caramel in profusion, then continue with Ferroni Ambré, a highly masterful blend of traditional rums and pure cane juice rums, gourmet without being sweet.
You'll then continue with RL Seale's, a delicately woody 10-year-old "rum" from Barbados, and New Grove 8-year-old, a round Mauritian 8-year-old "rum" rich in aromas of quince jam and vanilla.
Finally, we suggest you finish with two agricultural "rums" from the French West Indies, with Montebello 6 ans d'âge (Guadeloupe) offering a gourmand register of ripe fruit, and JM VSOP presenting woody notes quite typical of Martinique's agricultural rums.
