Les Arrangeurs Français present an organic Armagnac AOC arranged with coffee and vanilla.
The Armagnac is aged in Gascony oak barrels. The 100% Arabica coffee comes from Guatemala, and the Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.
Nico's tasting notes
On the nose , the coffee floats above the glass with its roasted and powdery side. It is softened by vanilla, and made deep and complex thanks to Armagnac. The whole thing forms a sort of sticky and caramelized nougatine.
The palate is soft and savory, with the coffee coating a handful of caramelized vanilla nuts. The Armagnac brings an ethereal and fruity nuance which enhances the whole.
