Les Arrangeurs Français present a recipe for Armagnac arrangé with hazelnuts and honey.
The main ingredient, Armagnac, is aged in Gascony oak barrels. It combines with the sweetness of roasted hazelnuts and acacia honey.
Nico's tasting notes
On the nose , we find a singular and interesting profile, which we are not used to encountering. A certain complexity emerges from this arrangement, which combines aromas of very fatty hazelnuts, subtly coated with honey and a patina of Armagnac.
In the mouth , the hazelnut spreads abundantly like a spread, before being vaporized by a still lively young Armagnac. Then it’s the turn of a well-concentrated autumn honey to take over the finish.
