Les Rhums de Ced Ti Arrangés Mangue Passion Curcuma celebrates the 10th anniversary (already!) of the brand created by Cédric Brément. To mark the occasion, he's revisiting his first recipe, or at least the one with which he embarked on the adventure. Since then, his skills and know-how have evolved, enabling him to propose a number of improvements:
The rum base (AOC Martinique agricole) was first aged for over 2 years in Sauternes barrels. Then, sweet mango and tangy passion fruit were joined by turmeric from Reunion Island, a "saffron of the islands" that adds an extra touch of warmth and exoticism.
