No indication of the distillery, we just know that this rum is from the 2017 vintage.
Pure sugarcane juice is distilled in column stills. Aging is tropical between 2017 and 2021, then continental between 2021 and 2023, entirely in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
Bottling in November 2023 produced 240 numbered bottles. This is an unreduced, non-chill-filtered rum.
