L'Hommage is a 5-year-old rum from the Longueteau house. It is a vintage from the “Souvenir” collection developed in homage to Louisette, François Longueteau's grandmother.
Here the memory evoked comes straight from the family kitchen. “A knob of butter, sugar and very ripe bananas”, so many smells that remind the cellar master of the dessert his grandmother prepared.
For this tribute, nothing better than a blend of rums aged for 5 years in 300-litre ex-cognac red barrels.
