Longueteau is back with a vengeance with a new single-plot cuvée. It's worth noting that the distillery was a pioneer in this field back in 2014: offering a white rum made from a single plot, a single variety, and a single harvest.
After plot 1, plot 4 and plot 11, here is plot no. 7, now available in France: dry and exposed to the sea, with a consequent contribution of an iodine influence to the rum. The blue cane is cultivated there, and this bottling comes from the 2022 harvest.
Before being bottled, the rum benefited from 12 months of rest and reduction in stainless steel vats.
