Tradition is the second creation in the collection highlighting François Longueteau's childhood memories.
This vintage is the result of a blend of rums aged for 3 years in 300-litre cognac barrels. The aged white rum is composed of 65% red cane and 35% blue cane.
With this expression, the cellar master recalls the traditional digestif at the end of Sunday lunch at his grandparents' house. A box of soft caramel with fleur de sel was always found near his grandfather Paul-Henri, sitting in his leather armchair.
