Los Siete Misterios Coyote mezcal is produced by mezcalero Don Fernando Damian. It comes from Sola de Vega in the Oaxaca region of Mexico.
The agave variety used is called maguey "Coyote" and belongs to the Americana agave family.

This handcrafted mezcal is produced by double distillation in clay pot stills.
