The nose is unmistakably pineapple rum. The fruit is sweet and tart, like a syrup or nectar. There's a hint of coconut, sometimes found in very ripe pineapple.
On the palate, the rum is very round, reminiscent of pineapple syrup. The fruit flavor comes through with ease, supported by a hint of spice and always accompanied by sweet coconut notes.
