Doba Yej is a mezcal from the Siete Misterios range which comes from Santiago Matatlán in the state of Oaxaca.
The term “DobaYej” means Espadin in the ancient Zapotec language. It refers to the variety of agave used to produce this authentic mezcal. These are Espadin agaves. The production of this brandy is carried out with a traditional copper still.
