This "Gold Cocktail Master" amber agricultural rum is aged in wood in the cellars of Domaine de Séverin. The latter has belonged to the Marsolle family for many years.
Distilled from pure sugarcane juice, it ages for 12 to 24 months in new French oak barrels with 3 types of toasting.
