This arrangement from the Monpéyi range is made from vanilla, rum and cane sugar.
The rum comes from Réunion Island , a region also renowned for its Bourbon vanilla. The combination is likely intentional and promises a rich and smooth flavor.

Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose: The bourbon vanilla is intense and rich. It's accompanied by an aroma reminiscent of ripe banana pan-fried with brown sugar. Given a little time, a sweet, candy-like quality eventually emerges.
On the palate: Very round and sweet, yet with a pronounced attack, it has a liqueur-like texture. The vanilla is less dominant than on the nose, evolving more towards a sweet candy character, accompanied by a slight warmth reminiscent of mild chili pepper.
The finish: The vanilla lingers before gradually giving way to the chili. This chili is revealed to be mild and enveloped in a delicately vanilla-infused cane honey.
