Montebello Zenga Gold is a limited edition agricultural rum produced by the Montebello distillery in Petit-Bourg, Guadeloupe.
Distilled in 2021 from the pure juice of two varieties of sugar cane (red and yellow), this rum was aged in July of the same year.
The wine was aged in first-fill casks that had previously contained rye and Tennessee whiskey.
Bottling took place in January 2023 after a slight reduction in TAV (alcoholic strength by volume).
