This single estate is a rum from the Mount Gay estate. This limited series was indirectly initiated in 2015 when the distillery purchased farmland.
The aim is to cultivate the sugarcane from which the company's rums are made.
This first opus, entitled "23|01|Bn_Qa", is a blend of rums from the 2016 and 2017 harvests.
Distilled in copper pot stills, these rums have been aged in American white oak barrels of the Quercus Alba variety.
These barrels previously contained bourbon.
This first edition was bottled in 4002 bottles.
