New Grove Savoir Faire Whisky Islay Finish is a molasses rum produced by the Grays distillery on Mauritius.
This rum, distilled in 2013, was matured twice on site. The first took place in French oak barrels for 7 years, and the second in old Scotch peated whisky barrels from the Isle of Islay for 1 year.
Finally, 1,500 bottles were bottled without cold filtration or the addition of sugar or coloring.
