New Grove Savoir Faire Whisky Vercors Finish is a molasses rum produced on Mauritius. Sugar cane is grown on an estate in the northern part of the island and transported to the Grays distillery, founded in 1838 by the Harel family.
This limited edition distilled in 2013 benefited from double maturation: first 7 years in French oak casks, then 1 year in unpeated whisky casks from the Vercors distillery in France.
A total of 1,500 bottles were released, bottled without additives or cold filtration.
