Old Brothers Savanna Grand Arôme 35 cl 74.8°: Description and customer reviews

This Savanna Grand Arôme rum has been bottled by Old Brothers. It was distilled in 2020 at the Savanna distillery in Reunion.

This white molasses rum is a full-flavored rum. The 6-day fermentation was carried out with exogenous yeasts. Volatile substances (esters) peak at 845 g/hlap.
It was distilled in a copper column at 75.1°. When bottled in February 2021, after several months' rest, it reached 74.8°.

This cuvée is a limited edition of only 428.
