This Savanna Grand Arôme rum has been bottled by Old Brothers. It was distilled in 2020 at the Savanna distillery in Reunion.
This white molasses rum is a great aroma rum. The 6-day fermentation was carried out with exogenous yeasts. The level of volatile substances (esters) peaks at 845 g/hlap.
It was distilled in a copper column at 75.1°. During bottling in February 2021, after several months of rest, it measured 74.8°.
This cuvée is a limited edition of only 428.
