This Grand Arôme rum was distilled on Réunion by Savanna in 2020. It was selected by independent bottler Old Brothers and bottled in 2021.
This vintage is the very slightly reduced version of Old Brothers Savanna Grand Arôme 74.8° .
This is a traditional molasses rum known as "grand arôme". Fermentation lasted 6 days, using exogenous yeasts.
Distilled in a copper column at 75.1°, this rum was reduced to 68.8°.
Bottled in 50 cl bottles, only 750 copies of this cuvée are available.
