Jérémie's tasting notes
On the nose : Aromas of toasted vanilla wood and a basket of orchard fruits rise from the glass; as you get closer, the fruits become drier and stewed but also more exotic; you can perceive plum and peach, always surrounded by a vanilla veil and marmalade, mango.
On the palate : The attack is round and supple, releasing the woodiness accompanied by spices (clove, cardamom) before the toasted cereals express themselves more frankly; a hint of bitterness reminiscent of citrus fruits appears at the same time as the beverage shows its 66.2°, then we turn towards notes of milk cocoa with sweet spices like cinnamon.
The finish : long, it begins with spices before evolving into very round and indulgent pastry notes, accompanied by cooked fruit and cinnamon. Towards the end, a fresh, mentholated touch appears.
