This Papa Rouyo Blanc Maturé is the second selection of Papa Rouyo white rums in the Antipodes catalog.
It is in tank no. 13 that this single-varietal white rum (red cane R579) was selected after 450 days of rest (around 15 months).
It was distilled in April 2021 from pure cane juice in the copper pot still. It was then placed in stainless steel vats on May 25, 2021.
1085 numbered bottles were produced. A slight reduction to 64° took place during the rest in the stainless steel tank.
