Papillon Influence Pedro Ximenez is made from a raw column-still agricultural white rum, drawn exclusively from red cane .
It is made up of a blend of three-year -old rums. It has benefited from a finishing process consisting of 80% maturation in ex-Pedro Ximénez casks and 20% in new American oak casks.
Production of this cask strength wine is limited to just 3000 bottles.
