After the Brut de Foudre edition of Pastis Château Des Creissauds vintage 2021, Ferroni now offers a peaty version.
Produced in the same way as the classic Pastis Château Des Creissauds 2021, this artisanal pastis is accompanied by a touch of peated whisky during its elaboration. The aim is to add smoky notes to the freshness of the plants, in the manner of a flavor enhancer, without dominating the aromatic palette.
Bottling is done by hand by Guillaume Ferroni and his team of enthusiasts.
