Made from a blend of pure sugarcane juice distillate and molasses, it is column distilled.
This XO rum benefits from 100% tropical aging in American and French oak barrels, allowing for an intense development of its aromas in a warm climate. It is then enhanced by a finish in ex-Marsala wine casks , produced in a continental climate, which adds roundness and vinous notes.
