“En amplitudes” is a traditional white rum produced by the young sugar refinery/distillery Payet & Rivière.
This rum is one of two vintages in the “Des Champs d'Exploration” collection. It consists of a pure cane juice rum and a traditional syrup rum.
The syrup comes from the sugar factory and is made from the R579 sugarcane variety. The entire process is carried out by Payet & Rivière, from growing the cane to distillation in a pot still, including grinding and then fermenting the syrup for 7 days.
With this vintage, the young distillery reveals all its artisanal know-how.
