This is a molasses rum distilled in Cantal at the Baptiste distillery. Roussillon PDO red apricots were macerated for 3 months. The wild thyme, hand-picked at the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup, macerated for slightly less time. A little brown cane sugar adds sweetness to the natural sugars already present in the fruit.
