Planteray Rum Black Cask is a blend of vintages from Barbados and Trinidad .
Initially aged in 200-litre American oak barrels for several years, they were then transported to the cellars of Maison Planteray, where the final blending took place.
A second maturation phase then began, this time in small toasted oak barrels .
