Puntacana Ron Viejo is a blend of rums from the Dominican Republic , composed of spirits aged 6 to 8 years and matured according to the Solera method .
It is aged in 220-litre barrels of freshly charred American white oak , giving the rum a beautiful aromatic richness and subtle woody notes.
